* participate in a group field study and present conclusions
The exciting theme based topics include marketing, advertising, tourism, effective presentation techniques, and store design.
Students will participate in a field trip in conjunction with class studies to enhance the learning experience. We visit the heart of Torontofs fashion retail district to discuss the role of business with regards to design, merchandising, innovation and the community. Included in the curriculum is the important use of common business idiomatic expressions, which students use in role playing exercises. This flexible program can also be adapted to meet student interests and needs.
