I'd never seen a class like this class before. I think it is only class
specializing business writing and listening in Toronto. Teacher who has
experience working company is very kind. He taught business
etiquette, useful expression, and business basis as well as writing and
telephone. He tried to create friendly atmosphere to ask questions
easily.
Furthermore, I learned difference between British English and American English.
And also some acronym e.g.: ASAP, RSVP, TBD and so on...
I recommend this class!! I'm very satisfied.
