I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and consent to my participation in the After-School Excursions! activities and excursions involving minor students (OCC students). I confirm that I am suitable to be around minors and understand the responsibilities associated with such interactions.

Media Release

I give my permission to the After-School Excursions! program to take photos and videos of me and the other participants during activities and excursions. I understand that these media may be used by RCIIS and OCC for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, and the program's website.

Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that participation in the program involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen events. I agree to participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with my involvement in the program.

Indemnity Clause

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the After-School Excursions! program, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the program, including but not limited to any claims made by minors or their guardians.

Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases Royal Canadian Institute of International Studies relating to injuries that may occur during any alcohol based activities or sports organized by the school. By signing this document, I agree to hold Royal Canadian Institute of International Studies entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in playing sport and drinking alcohol. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in activities organized by the school.

I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Royal Canadian Institute of International Studies if I injure myself engaging in any school organized activities. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as instructed to me. I will ask for clarification when needed.
